Ìýselected 91³Ô¹Ï for the phased development and construction of the new Distribution Warehouse located at its Mt. Vernon, IL, campus. This project further demonstrates the range ofÌýour team’s self-perform capabilities.

The 325,054 SF warehouse features 3 separate distribution warehouses under one roof. Furthermore, the facility contained zoned, climate-controlled storage areas and office/administrative space.

91³Ô¹Ï self-performed the work associated with the concrete footings, foundations, and wall work, as well as rough carpentry and metal siding installation.
